各位大佬有人知道嗎，我近日買了一支Maple cue，好似話maple跟Ash既清潔及保養方法係跟Ash有分別，是嗎?????

我經驗所知，ash比maple容易些受氣溫、濕度影響的，所以“收水”現象比較明顯。maple密度比較ash高，木質滑，假若"巒"了是比較難較返直的。
cue盡可能的不要用濕布抹cue，因為木吸收了水份會發漲，如果用太濕的布抹，後果你可以想想。
ash間中要搽一搽cue油讓它不會太枯乾而爆裂。
maple較穩定容易保養一些，不要讓它撞"巒"，不用抹cue油，打完波抹乾cue身放好就OK，一般壽命會比ash長一些的。

好迷惑，有些人又話maple都要用cue oil但只比ash 少數？！！＞？！？！？

其實不難理解的，想想：
木材劈了下來，風乾一般日子，讓它裡面的水份適當地蒸發、木質變形穩定後，然後拿來做cue。
樹木在泥土中會生長(斷估你唔會拿枝cue去種呱！哈…)，木劈下來即係已經枯死了，枝cue枯乾到要爆裂，是不是應該給它一些滋潤呢？
maple木質比ash穩定一些，所以出現枯乾的情況比較慢，不是不用抹cue油，是需要cue油去滋潤一下枝cue的次數比較少，清楚沒有？

maple cue 不用cue oil,因為不吸收,如有懷疑可以try0下,包你放幾日都油淋淋...

"9"兄說的沒錯，也正如我說，maple的木質密度高，是好難吸收水份、油份的。我朋友用了十幾年的那枝maple公柴，又乾又黑又舊，上cue油都只是表面吸到少少，結果都要抹返乾

硬楓木和白腊木兩者木質堅硬，沉重，具有良好的強度性能，具有特別高的抗磨擦及抗磨損強度，亦具有良好的抗蒸汽彎曲性能。但在膠水接合能力方面則楓木比較穩定，楓木心材抗腐力較低，但白腊木則完全沒有。但只要好好放存及使用後用毛巾抹下便可以了。
ps其實每根木方內都含有活細胞，在窑內烘乾後其濕度是4-8 +-2度。
