Mr.jjhair2004, the corner of the case is not very sharp, I think this is the light reflect in the picture cause you feels it may hurt your soft skin.
The cue case is just a right angle(90 degree). The obtuse angle may cause the material cannot be plain sailing with the cue-case corner. So it will not be burnish as obtuse angle when make it with cloth sheathe version,
If it is an 'aluminum-only' version, the cue-case maker will make the corner very smooth certainly.

此外, 近日其他兄弟見到小弟既特別版之後,提供左一D寶貴意見及提問...
1.擔心落雨會令表面潮濕難以乾透?
2.可否造成One piece,二分一,一盒兩Cue,一支Cue加長短extension...等size?
3.可否造出其他主題?
4.放cue果邊可否放棉?
首先, 我個cue盒係唔怕潮濕既, 因為就算落大雨, D水一定滲唔到入夾口內,
而且果D毛毛布底部係膠既, 只要用布抹下D毛就乾晒.
呢個design只係其中一款, 現行方針係所有cue case獨一無二,
呢個花紋唔會再生產, 就算有毛都唔係呢個花.
如果仍然擔心, 唔駛驚, 因為Cue Case表面亦有好多用料選擇(之前提過),
如果針對落雨或防污, 可要求光面...
或者大家未有具體既概念以致有所疑惑,我地既原意係希望夢想由用家提出.
為左令各兄弟更加容易了解.
我同師傅詳細研究下, 決定所有cue盒均用鋁造, 以保持輕量化.
表面可選人造皮, 光漆, 膠片, 特殊防撞膠, 木面, 及主題設計...等等.
暫時設計構思如下:
主題包括有 卡通人物, 歐洲足球隊, 車輛, Snooker團隊設計,
graffiti, 軍事, 科幻, 不規則圖案...等等
重有, Cue盒當然可以製成任何Size啦, 話明度Cue定造嘛...
放cue果邊你當然可選擇要棉與否啦.
仍有意見或提問,歡迎發表.
