Omin has "147 maximum" but not "Maximus 147".
I just bought exactly this grade at Omin (in Bangkok) in Apr.
(luckily I could escape from the red shirt rally before they got crazy)
Omin boss said this is the 3rd top grade. The top model is of course "Hunter" !
I dont know how much cheaper than that in HK.
But I am pretty sure it is cheaper because last year I bought a "Climax" which is nearly 30-40% cheaper.
This is worth to go there as there are a lot of cues for you to try. If you have time, maybe you can get a suitable cue at lower grade , e.g. Climax, Perfect, ...
