I am always able to make 30+ breaks, but once reaching 40+; i break down quickly. Can anyone share some experience on how to improve the psychological side of this situation, i miss easy shots when i am on 30+ break.

唔好理自己打左幾多分, 每一隻波都係獨立既一隻波咁打. 唔好比個分數壓到自己.

其實不用在意超越某某度數 ( 30 度以上時 ) , 繼續專心入波 , 不要因專注度數 , 反而因分心或壓力導致失準 ! 完成後對手自然報讀度數琪A知悉 , 那時你便祗有喜愉 , 而不會噢嚕 !
