when i try to shoot back spin, it just come with a stop shot, if i shoot lower and harder, it jumps.... so bad that i cant shoot back spin.
even if i use small power to shoot back spin, it just go about 10 cm backwards but no more....

I think you might forget the 'follow-through'.

i understand your point. but how far should be the follow through, because i almost never shoot one back spin shot ideally

why don't you go to the club one day and let someone to show you, there are plenty of people there who can demonstrate you the shot
