cue木收水，其密度會漸漸變得緊密一些，所以cue木凹凸紋會更明顯，甚至cue木會變幼身一些，收水穩定後cue木變質的機會就較少了，至於木身彈性的影響是很輕微的，cue木的力度、彈性是取決於木本身密度結構緊密、粗幼而定的。
這道理引伸出來，如果cue彎了，調較直後，"老木"再變形的機會會較少，所以所謂"吊cue"的方法，有人話可行有人話不行，其實就是這原因。

不過有點矛盾的是....查實被選用造cue之木材已經經過最少十數年之seasoning, 照理被造成cue之後再收水的機會應該很微才是......

depending on the brands LOR.....
cheap cues do not care about the 木材 quality ah....

大體上來說是的! 不過就算是著名品牌如John Parris也會有用seasoning比較不完全的木材來造cue, 在下見過有枝JP Champion到港後木身發漲到粗過銅joint的直徑的情况出現.....

I see. So maybe the quality control of JP is not good WOR......
Friends always quote JP what ....and JP what.....so it should be a very good brand already.....its quality control should be GOOD....but according to what u said.....this is definitely not acceptable LA.....REFUND LA......MADE in ENGLAND.....You basically can get REFUND easily with a no-one-believe-it REASON (e.g., I don't like it anymore or it does not fit the color of my shirt etc).

I hope that was not your CUE and your friends' cue la....
