太耐先有時間打一次波、越來越唔準又容易打偏，昨日打完仲覺手腕有點酸痛，不知是否用錯力？又手腕應該發力嗎？請巴打解救。

yah...me too,i am now in taiwan....but i only get back almost once a year,so i don't have much time to play ball....please help me too haha

太耐先有時間打一次波、越來越唔準又容易打偏，昨日打完仲覺手腕有點酸痛，不知是否用錯力？又手腕應該發力嗎？請巴打解救。


很久先打一次波，水平下降就一定架啦（唔知享特利，奧穌利雲佢地一年唔打波，有無機會偷雞贏番一局半局呢)?^-^
耐先打一次而覺得肌肉酸痛都係正常既！
手腕發力問題，我覺得因人而異啦，有一定水平既會用得幾有威力，相反就．．．哈．．．

奧穌利雲讓左手會機會大D，不過聽講佢左手都冠軍級。
