我係打右手的, 左手膊頭個關節位同膊頭d肌肉成日都會痛, 由其是每次開波, 一爬落張臺度苗波就痛, 大約半盤波之後先慢慢唔痛, 我懷疑唔知係咪我支勢唔好, 都幾煩架, 一路苗波一路痛, 攪到我成日都要較長時間先warm up倒.

我都試過係咁~ 其實唔關姿勢問題, 只不過係未做熱身者~

嘗試下次打之前, 好似人地上體育堂咁轉下隻手絞位, 咁應該就無問題架啦~

我初期都有試過,除了做一些熱身運動之外,姿勢方面可以試下伏落檯打波時,"枕手"連同手肘(即是整個前臂),平均自然(不要壓得太緊)咁按住檯絨,身體重心由兩腳、前臂枕手三點平均作支撐,咁出cue時身體就會穩定些。
但打貼邊白波就要辛苦些,因手肘沒有支撐地方只靠手腕以上部份作前方支撐點,所以兩腳就一定要穩定配合好。各位可以試試,希望幫到你地啦
