I made a order from John parris a month ago. Last week, I received the cue. But I found that both the cue's length and weight were not match with my order. And I was try to contact them, but no reply. I think it is unfair. What can I do?
If email doesn't work, try calling by phone!! But remember, London is 8 hours back from HK.....If you call them at around 6pm HK time, should be around 10am London time and there should be people at the workshop. REFUND!!!!!!!!!
