How to improve the skills?
Apart from practising frequently, is it useful to learn from teaching videos or from coach?
Since many of you must have been playing for a long time, do you find that your skills are steadily improving over the past years or just some minimal changes? Is there some 'critical breakthrough'?

Be honest, no critical breakthrough for my past 10 years until the past year 'cos I start from the very basic like cueing and "how to pot a straight line"..
I found that many players just play for the full game day by day but ignored the basic skills. |

I guess not all of us can afford official coaching, especially for fun. I suggest you check out the web links from the first page of snooker.com.hk. There are some very useful self-coaching methods you can try out. |
