Even you buy the VCD, I think it is hard to learn the technique.
In my opinion, you can learn basic skill like LOW Q by looking at the VCD/TAPE (In my case, I learn LOW Q from watching davis's tape 10 years ago). But, when it talks about using SIDE/CUSHION, you cannot learn from watching TAPE/VCD.
