我經常發覺出Q不甚順和直,是否企位 / 姿勢不好?
又我怎練也不能把下巴貼Q,是否也是企位 / 姿勢不好?
請指教怎練好企位 / 姿勢.

就算打得好好，企位同姿勢都會有改善o既地方。所以你懷疑自己出cue 有問題都好正常。
