打多D、 睇多D有線的桌球聯賽， 留意下佢地打白波的走位。 但桌球game都有幫助。
仲有的就係物理學入面的"入射角=反射角"

睇比賽帶,自己走去練儲經驗.
睇比賽帶係真係有實際幫助架,因為好多波有時係好簡單可以教到,而我地通常又會將佢複習化,而比賽既球手,佢地會用最簡單最快既方法去教波,所以睇比賽應該可以吸倒d 野架~~
