hi all, I am a junior for snooker, I buy a new cue and used for couple times. I really feel that is not smooth, after I read the post in that site. someone say can use "baby oil". someone say the other. what is the better and correct method to do. I don't want to use some wrong method for my cue. are there anyone can help me????? thank you very much.

剩係清潔o既可以用噴霧裝，液體裝就有潤木成份。

Is there a thick wax layer over your shaft? So that you don't feel smooth.

thank you for you guys helping first,
my feeling on the cue is..
It is so "吮", when I want to "出 cue", sometime is "卡 " with the skin on my left hand.
I don't think there are some Wax on the cue.
Dickson, by the way , which part in Park'n shop that I can get it. I mean for wood protection or ............?? |

應該入於家居清潔用品，即係碧麗珠、鞋油、抹地水附近。
有潤木成份果隻係液體裝，本來有Lemon 係for 淺色木o既，
不過代理商話唔入貨喎，所以而家得番深色木(紅蓋)用果種，
但係變色問題唔大，可以接受。 |

thanks for the sugguestion, Dickson, I bought it in the lunch time, but I am sorry for one more question, how to use??
I read it say it have to put on 2 times? and have to stay for 20 mins for the first time. isn't it.
am I need to "大力擦" on the cue to clean in first time.

the most proper way to deal with ur problem is to use a clean towel to clean up ur cue frequently with some power.
after a period of time u will feel better ga la@@

最好係用廚房抹手紙(用完就掉)，其次係普通抹布，
將數滴潤木油倒於抹手紙或布上，環繞cue 身均勻來回拭擦，
力度適中便可，當發覺紙或布已污穢不堪時，可用另一面再抹，
然後等15分鐘，再用抹紙或布拈數滴潤木油，輕輕塗抹cue 身(不要太多)，
再等20分鐘便可放回cue 盒內。
次數方面要看你打波的頻密程度，通常兩星期大抹一次。 |

I play about 2 times a week, so I will do it later, is the cue will change the colour after use this.

會有輕微變色，不過可以接受。
仲有唔好抹握手部份，因為會滑手，如果係兩截cue，唔好抹joint 位！

這種稱為Maple(楓木)cue，cue 身有一層光漆用作保護，
閃閃靚非常型仔，但係遇到濕氣就會出現啜手情況。
有部份牌子的Ash(煙斗木)cue(有木紋)，亦會塗上光漆保護。
請問你是否上述倩況呢？

hi, dickson, my cue is 有木紋, and a little bit 光漆 before.
after I put the oil on, it seems more 光
I don't think it is because of 濕氣
I have to use tissue to clean every 2-3 shot.
anyway, I will try to use that tonight. |

I try it after put the oil two days ago, but it is 更差, it is more 啜, it like the oil is not totally 乾, Please help, Am I need to buy a new cue. or how can I do it?????
