Linseed oil 原本係或油畫o既人用黎"溝"稀d顏料，或者畫完畫之後掃一層linseed oil，乾左之後會氧化成一層保護膜。

亦有人食linseed oil丸... 可以降膽固醇喎。

長期便秘o既朋友亦可以試下，linseed oil亦都係輕瀉劑黎架...

淡黃色的..係咪個支??
