請問如開波第一Q miss 打唔中任何顏色波, 是否可以再開過? 還是扣4度?

因為我同fd打時, 佢試過這樣miss, 之後佢話如果打第一Q miss 而又打唔到其他波, 可以不用扣4度, 而且可以重開過, 我當然唔信, 但係佢d fd都係咁講, 所以想在這地方求證。希望有人可以解答我這個問題。
