由21/5日至25/5日歷時五天，二十位女子球手經多場
分組賽事，決勝出六位小組首名，進行單淘汰賽(九局五勝)；

A組葉蘊妍2-5B組吳安儀~阿Faye表現失準下受制打法進取的安儀

C組李家欣5-2D組張佩雯~李家欣技勝一籌，輕取張佩雯

E組梁亦翹5-4F組文宜莊~梁亦翹沈著應戰，反勝小組淘汰余晶晶的文宜莊

決賽採用循環賽制(九局五勝)；

吳安儀先拔頭籌，大勝李家欣5-1

李家欣第二場不敢怠慢，以5-2輕勝梁亦翹

第三場吳安儀輕裝上陣，再以5-2力取梁亦翹，至此賽事完滿結束。
吳安儀兩戰全勝，登上2007年女子美式桌球公開賽寶座，李家欣
一勝一負得亞軍，梁亦翹雖然兩戰兩敗，但整個賽事表現出色，雖
敗尤榮，位列季軍。

(賽事的頒獎儀式會連同公開賽、公開賽少年組，於六月二日在
尖東"名將桌球城"一拼舉行)
