其實佢地d 排名數字係咁樣走出黎架?
好似06-07開季,未打果d比賽點解會有分既? |

想問問點解丁仔響世界賽連決賽週都入唔到反而有2300分,但亨特利響32強出局就得1400分既?謝謝解答

because the ranking is calculate base on a "2-year basis".
It means that the ranking for next season, is calculated by :"points of this season" added "points of next season".
Simply to say, "this years' points" already make up half of their ranking next season.

Because if a seeded player lost in his first match, he can only receive half of the original points.
For example, if Ding Junhui lose in the last 32, he will get 2800 points; however, Stephen Hendry now lose in the last 32, why he only have 1400 points?
Because he is a seeded player. Therefore in this case he can only get 2800/2 =1400.
