以下 16 位球員進入第三階段，由於時間緊迫，比賽隨即在5月1日開波，經咨詢各球員意見後，桌總決定採取 16 人循環賽，即每人須對整其他 15 位，成績最好的 8 位成為亞運集訓隊成員，將接受一連串集訓及鍛練。

經抽簽後定出各人的編號：
