鄉議局主席劉皇發表示，鄉議局明日開會，決定是否提出司法覆核，反對政府立例禁止散養家禽

他認為，政府應向散養戶提供賠償，鄉議局好大機會會提出司法覆核


咁都要司法覆核? 係為左D家禽, 抑或鄉議局D face?
