係油麻地近三號幹線自炒埋欄,
成架車反左,
好彩只係斷左右手尾指骨同埋皮外傷, .
釘牌九個月..

十八歲有牌己經15年,但都係揸得20次左右,因晚晚飲酒又怕死所以做乘客多,下次個牌到期我都吾續,800蚊都x返 |

Then The Benz got crashed badly and can't restart the car, Police came and realised few things.....
1, The Benz got no car insurance and haven't register for this year!!!
2, The truck driver is below 25, insurance excess must be as high as you think!
3, my car is bent to the left because Benz driver steered to left hand side before he carshed.
4, my girl friend shocked and can't speak.
5, I was unhappy because I wasted 2 movie coupon!
Then my car got repaired by a friend and costs me $8900, another $800 for the surveyor, the surveyor persuaded me to let him in charge of this case and will costs me 25% of what I claimed back, ok.
Finally, surveyor sued for $25000. It lasted for a long time, around 2 years and got $24000 back, $18000 goes to my pocket.

Last month my car smashed by a taxi..., first he said he will pay me in cash cos not that serious..., but after i fixed my car, he and his owner refused to pay me lor....
Police said not their matter....
ask me to sue them wor...., but i only wanna claim for AUD 500..., don;t know how much do i need to hire a solicitor....

I think you may have a problem though, unless you have witnesses, otherwise if the taxi driver said he've never seen you, then it's your words against his, have you got his driver license details? If yes, then of coz sue him la, because in the end he'll have to pay all your solicitor and court fees, but most taxi drivers are bastards la, I've heard worst stories! |

that's why the police suggest me to sue him..

he wanna change lane and dunno i am just next to him.., then he smashed my backside near the tyre area..., loose some paint....

you have a big chance la... not becoz of your witness, it's becoz where he smashed you, so you should get a lawyer to write a letter requesting the amount and if he doesn't pay, take him to court la.. easy enough I guess... :D |

Anytime that after a car accident, if both of you would like to settle in cash, should write in black and white and sign by both of you, a copy each. Such as the repairing amount should be bear by Mr. XXX.....

我試過兩次最驚險的經驗 :
好多年前 (1982年)係多倫多我同Vincent 有晚wet完凌晨唔知幾多點坐朋友車. 架車係兩門四座位跑車, 即係後排要係前面司機位入個種. 我同Vincent都係坐係後面. 個陣時落緊濛濛細雨, 個司機朋位 掟個靚彎入 Highway, 條公路左右兩邊都係石壆. 佢過完彎想話欏番正盤軑, 架車就跣胎. 然後就好似打波子機咁, 右碰左撞咁連續幾野先停低, 個 Engine 仲係度著緊, 我同Vincent都暈暈地. 跟住聽到前面兩個朋友猛嗌車門撞凹佐打唔開..驚佐唔知幾耐先曉得搞低一面窗爬出去 …未完待續 …

爬出來之後, 架車靠近中間既石壆, 企係車頭附近四個人你眼望我眼, 凌晨時份係除佐街燈同雨點乜都睇唔到, 都唔知點算… 其中有個嗌不如爬上中間石壆睇下對面公路有冇車經過, 搵人幫幫 (個陣冇手机). 我最記得係我爬緊上壆個陣就聽到膨一聲巨響 … 跟住就見到個 friend 架車衝左去前面繼續好似打波子機咁. 再睇番頭先企個位有架車停佐係度, 個司機就呆左係個司機位 … 唸完先識驚, 因為如果我地四個冇爬上石壆, 仲企係度發呆, 又或爬慢十秒八秒 …咁就成世 !!!
另一次經驗近期好多, 待續 …

冇耐之前, 有晚係深圳開車翻香港, 約左朋友係大埔小白露食晚飯. 茄僎}車走時行左隔離條線 (可能仲當自己係大陸), 上緊斜路就到一個彎位時, 突然見到有架平治係同一條線上迎面咁駛. 狂 dup break, 對方都係. 最後好好彩冇撞到, 但兩架車貼到人都企唔落. 個心亂晒籠, 腳仔都軟晒, 對方兩公婆先後落車省到我立立令, 不過我真係抵罵… 我楂車超過廿年, 記錄良好 … 但都有此唔小心既失誤, 所以希望咁多位駕車人仕緊記萬事小心謹慎 !!! |

呢種情況都幾常見，我記得廿年前Vincent仲o係外國讀書返o黎渡假，o係大尾篤俾架車佢玩，點知佢行右線，遇上對頭車仲猛咁鬧人行o左佢條線。
另外Dennis又係咁，加拿大返香港渡假，又俾架車佢玩，衰到左邊車身剷晒上行人路，因為佢習慣o左o係加拿大時自己個司機位同渠邊距離幾多，返到香港又係距離咁多，咁就死啦！

之前都有個朋友, 夜晚駕0佐去高速公路0既對面馬路 (wollongong 條路)! 但好在我坐0係後面叫佢快0的轉返頭! 如果唔係大家百幾 k 咁仲埋去都幾精彩~~ 唔知佢發緊乜夢, 0個時車度都有四五人~~ 個個掛住傾計! |
