我想開一個 ftp 俾人客戶 down load 番一d file，究竟要點做？
please provide the details procedure!! HELP ~~~~~~!!

最簡單的方法你要用緊 Windows XP
1. 控制台 >> 新增或移除程式
2. 新增或移除 Windows 程式 >> Internet Information Services (IIS) >> 詳細資料 >> select 檔案轉換通訊協定 (FTP) 服務
3. 控制台 >> 系統管理工具 >> Internet Information Services
4. 本機電腦 -- 網站 -- 預設 FTP 然後 right click 選"內容"，Security Setting , uncheck "Allow Anonumous Connections" (呢到應該係中文，不過我無安裝。)
5. right click FTP -- stop and start to refresh the setting.
6. 控制台 >> 使用者帳戶 >> create New User and assign Password.
7. place your files under c:/Inetpub/ftproot/ (default setting)

Testing ...

不過仲要睇番你有無用 Router / Firewall

Case 1 : Broadband Router
你要 Map 個 virtual Server 的 Port 21 去你部機的 IP

Case 2 : 你部電腦安左 Firewall，要 Enable Port 21 (FTP Port) 同個 IIS services allow to run.
