我相信大家都用o左八達通好耐喇！平時搭車買o野當然好方便冇乜問題，
不過唔知大家有冇深入瞭解過佢o既額外收費呢？

1.退卡︰
1.1.退回個人八達通卡，要收手續費 $10 (使用 5年後豁免)
1.2.其他租用版(普通卡)種類八達通卡，發卡後三個月內退回，收手續費 $7
1.3.如退回之八達通卡有破損、塗寫、貼紙等，扣 $30

2.報失︰
2.1.個人八達通卡及自動增值租用版，要扣除 $30 卡成本費、$20 鎖卡行政費
(即係按金充公啦！)，還要負責報失後 6小時內所有o既帳項。
2.2.自動增值銷售版(特別版)，要扣除 $20 鎖卡行政費，又係要負責報失後
6小時內所有o既帳項。
(記住，6小時內所有自動增值同埋支出，發卡公司係完全唔駛負責o架！)

3.查帳︰
如果對自動增值數目有懷疑，我諗你最好都係自己用一次MARK一次好D！
因為如果要求發卡公司列番張使用記錄俾你，唔理你邊段期間都好，
頭 200條記錄項目盛惠 $200，其後每 4日o既記錄再盛惠 $200.
(即係話咁唔好彩你要求翻查果段期間有 201條記錄，就唔該你俾 $400 喇！
就算搵到真係錯都補唔番呢條費用啦！博人唔會去查囉！)

第1點係我o係西鐵票務處見到，原來退卡都要收錢？

第2點係我o係小巴收音機聽到，原來八達通個低能電腦，
要6個鐘先處理到一個鎖卡程序，有冇搞錯呀？

第3點係我覺得自己張卡D 數好似唔妥，於是上佢個西，
睇下有冇得CHECK 啦！點知反轉晒都搵唔到，
咁就打電話去CS 啦！點知冇一項可以真人對話o架！
唯有o係佢地網頁度留Message 等覆囉！
最後竟然得到咁o既答覆，不吐不快呀！

point 1.2 is actually pinpointing the heavy turnover of Octopus cards due to visitors especially from China. They use the Octopus for a few days and then return.

失卡凍結好似唔係 6小時喎？我半年前唔見左張自動增值的個人八達通，佢話要兩日先至可以凍結到，即係人地除左可以用哂你咭入面的錢外，仲可以自動增值幾次，每次 250元，你最多可以損失近仟元！

但用開方便又好難唔用的，大家唯有小心的啦！

Ken Sir, 6小時呢條例佢地個網頁有註明。
HAHA......或者佢地已經進步o左，換o左部冇咁低能o既電腦喇！

MT, 遲D 身分證晶片可以加埋回鄉卡、借書證、八達通、信用卡、提款卡、
電話卡、職員卡、會員卡、病歷卡、鎖匙.......等等，再植入腦下皮層...
咁就乜卡都唔駛帶喇！
