香港聾人協進會聲明 ( 請傳開去 )

由：香港聾人協進會

敬請 貴機構細下列聲明，在可能的情況下，敬請在貴機構之通訊或刊物內，
免費替本會發放下列聲明，並請將刊登聲明之刊物副本寄交本會以作記錄；
如蒙協助，深表感謝！

香港聾人協進會有關聾人在街上售賣物品聲明

本會近年收到會員及市民，就聾人在街上售賣物品的查詢及投訴日漸增多，形式包括
書函、電話、電郵及親臨本會等，內容主要指有人（手持紙牌自稱是慈善籌款的聾人）
在街上售賣物時（主要是毛公仔），對途人不禮貌及造成騷擾，本會現發表聲明如下：

1. 香港現時主要有四間由政府資助的聾人社會服務機構，包括：

- 香港聾人協進會（本會）
- 香港聾人福利促進會
- 中華基督教青年會聯青聾人中心
- 路德會社會服務處長青群康中心
- 據知以上四間機構，均沒有派人到街上售賣物品。

2. 本會無法確定在街上無牌售賣物品者是否聾人，但本會有理由相信，直至現時為止，
有關售賣行為並不是社會福利署認可之籌款活動。

3. 任何人在街上無牌售賣物品，不論是否聾人及不論是否對途人做成騷擾，市民均有權
向警方投訴；而就本會過往與警員接觸，得知警方會根據情況當作「無牌小販」或
「行騙」處理。

4. 本會特此嚴正聲明，有關售賣事宜與本會無關，而任何人被發現盜取或利用本會員証
作不法用途，將會交由警方處理（而會員將被取消會籍）。

以前我做茶餐廳，見到有個熟客，佢不嬲響灣仔區以此方法兜售毛公仔，佢真係用手語去同朋友溝通o架。

反而成日都見到o的以醫師名掛帥o既抗癌中心，搵大班響街上籌款，話自己係非牟利組織，我唔多信。
