人們已發現,在吃飯前,先喝點熱湯,對控制體重的增加是有好處的。美國學者以一千個肥胖者作對象,進行調查。結果顯示,飯前先喝熱湯的人,每餐攝取的熱量,往往要少55卡。一般說來,吃飯快的人,容易發胖。這是因為大腦的食慾中樞接受「已吃飽」的信號需要一定的時間。這時,吃飯快的人已經吃下了過量的食物。但如果飯前喝一碗湯,則可減少飯量,從而防止發胖。

我睇過一個中醫寫的文章,佢話想減肥就要飲左湯先食飯,原因係當我地有碗湯落肚,自然就會食少左飯。相反,如果想增肥就要食左飯先飲湯咧!

唔掛得知由細到大, 我食飯又食得快, 又多, 但係都係咁瘦啦, 原來係因為我食飯前都飲一碗大大既湯.
