雞蛋富含營養物質,是一種男女老少咸宜的滋補品。雞蛋的吃法很多,但以下面兩種食用方法為佳:一是將蛋拌在湯內,或用滾開水沖服,這樣有利於消化吸收;二是煎荷包蛋並加適量白糖,這樣營養效果最顯著。有人覺得雞蛋營養豐富,因此主張多吃,以為攝取的雞蛋越多,增加的營養物質就越豐富。其實,這完全是個誤解。據測定,按人體對蛋白質的需要量,每天吃1~2個雞蛋就足夠了。
