日本科學家發現一個有趣定律,糖尿病發病率隨著小汽車數量的增加而升高。經常乘車的人容易發胖,肥胖不僅能誘發糖尿病,而且會使病情加重。這一情況在日本發生能源危機時又一次從反面得到證明:一些在此期間不得不步行的糖尿病患者,看病的次數明顯減少了。

Get up 10 min earlier. Get off the bus or MTR one stop before the destination and walk to office. Do the same when you go back home.

This will help. Keep you healthy and live longer. Living longer means play snooker a few years more ! haha

都諗過!
可惜呢兩段都係繁忙時間,而步行屬於帶氧運動,
繁忙時間道路上人多車多,非但氧氣量不足,
而且充斥車輛排放的一氧化炭,大量吸入反而有害喎!
要再諗諗............
