的神,食肉減肥法真係得,我有個Friend試過一個月瘦20磅,170~~150lbs,,(真人真事,我親眼目睹)日日鋸扒日日家鄉雞 都冇問題,但係!一定唔可以食澱粉質!!粥粉麵飯Bread,Potato之類一律唔得,少少都唔得! |

o岩o岩睇完好多網頁資料,綜合如下︰ 1.只能進行一個月 2.每餐只可以食肉,不過只限蒸或燒,禁澱粉質、糖(包括果糖)及油 3.能於一個月內減15~30磅 副作用︰ 1.水份流失 2.初期會便秘 3.大腸蠕動變慢 4.腎及肝臟功作量增加三倍 5.膽固醇偏高 等等............... 好似弊多於利喎! |

yes, dickson, no dietitian will recommend this way for weight reduction.
definitely not healthy, and indeed, dangerous for some people.
remember the food pyramid...that's the answer

咁唯有做番多D運動食多D菜囉.... 無論如何,唔食咁多澱粉質一定冇咁肥,而肉類多餘嘅蛋白質係唔會被人體吸收而排出體外嘅.... 不過最好嘅方法都係均衡飲食同運動,仲有唔好飲啤酒! |
