你地有無因為比賽就到 操波果時打唔到平時水準 甚至離哂譜 驚熨到比賽果時會唔會都係咁屎 呢d 問題....而家係我身上........救救我...

may i share? 我覺得自己一個人操波果陣水準係最高o既, 因為若有一cue打得唔好, 就即刻可以作出改善, 調整...然後再打過!
如果操波時改善極都係唔準o既話, 咁就好可能係疲倦, 冇精神所致. 休息一o下再練過吧!!!
如果唔關狀態事, 就姐係關個form事. 個form有問題, 打比賽咪當lor o下經驗同埋享受個過程佢lor.

Then you will find out that you want to start practicing again. One more trial is to have games with low level players for a few days before the match, so that you can get back more self-confidence. I try these and i feel they work. May be you can have a trial. Don't try to increase practicing when you are at poor time, especially when your form have problem. This will only force your body to remember the bad form as your normal form. It is difficult to correct it back after a period of time. Hope these can help you. Good luck!! eric |
