保安局長葉劉淑儀提出辭職，行政長官董建華己經接受，今晚稍 後會有公佈，由於葉劉淑儀是局級官員，她的辭職需報請中央。

你做乜幫佢辯護呀？明知條惡法咁多問題，就要點醒老董要大改先好推出架啦！你睇下孫明揚幾醒呀，人地問佢有冇興趣推銷23條，佢就即刻需手拎頭話冇搞佢啦！

就當佢一開始推銷條惡法係被迫啦，但係之後去大學推銷，d 學生反應咁差係唔係應該推出白紙草案呢？佢唔理不突止，仲要扮病唔去其他大學！我覺得咁樣好冇責任心囉，亦表示左佢唔尊重民意囉... 呢d 手段就算係老董叫你做呀，你都唔好做啦，唔照做頂多以後都不受重用，點都好過而家政治前途盡毀丫！ :30>

照計老董到死個一刻都唔會知錯架啦，根據基本法第四章第一節第五十二條：

香 港 特 別 行 政 區 行 政 長 官 如 有 下 列 情 況 之 一 者 必 須 辭 職 ：

( 一 ) 因 嚴 重 疾 病 或 其 他 原 因 無 力 履 行 職 務 ；
( 二 ) 因 兩 次 拒 絕 簽 署 立 法 會 通 過 的 法 案 而 解 散 立 法 會 ， 重 選 的 立 法 會 仍 以 全 體 議 員 三 分 之 二 多 數 通 過 所 爭 議 的 原 案 ， 而 行 政 長 官 仍 拒 絕 簽 署 ；
( 三 ) 因 立 法 會 拒 絕 通 過 財 政 預 算 案 或 其 他 重 要 法 案 而 解 散 立 法 會 ， 重 選 的 立 法 會 繼 續 拒 絕 通 過 所 爭 議 的 原 案 。

咁即係冇一條會令佢必須辭職啦！算把啦，我地都係爭取2007年普選啦。
