I don't know about other places, but while I was living in Canada, pubs are places where you can drink. Most of the time they have large-screen TVs for people to watch sport games or matches. Sometimes there are American pool tables and darts.

Clubs are places where people go to drink and dance. More like discos.

冇錯冇錯，全部club都要俾錢買飛入場o既。週末通常都要排隊，識人就可以打尖或者行後門。

唉，諗翻起，對上果次去club都係好多年前o既事囉...

Club ~ 俱樂部、團會。須要申請入會，繳付會費才可享用設施。Night Club 除外，有錢就得！
Bar ~ 酒吧、吧檯。泛指私人酒吧(Private Bar)及大眾酒吧(Public Bar)。

我諗"Pub"就係代表"Public Bar"，即係你地平時去劈酒、猜枚、溝女、睇波、玩大話骰果度囉！
