皮膚狀態不好容易出痘痘，但從面上痘痘的位置，亦能反映身體哪處出現毛病。
額頭：心火旺、血液循環不好或勞心傷神。
鼻頭：胃火大、消化系統異常。
下巴：腎功能受損或內分泌系統失調。
左邊臉頰：肝功能不順暢。
右邊臉頰：肺部功能有問題。
