Hiya guys, it's my first time to speak out since i've been registered for a lot lot time. Hee..hee.. I would like to know how you guys to control or clam down yourself during the compitition?

But a big part of it is your natural mentality and personality. If you are the type of person who becomes stressed over minor issues in life, it will be more likely that you will become stressed over minor things during a competition. This is quite difficult to change.
The easier way is to participate in more competitions of all types: singing, dancing, snooker, track & field... etc. You will soon get used to the stress that is associated with ie, the presence of spectators, the nervousness, and your fear of a bad performance.
