候任立法會議員, 四五行動成員梁國雄, 首次出席國慶酒會時, 穿上寫上平反六四, 還政於民的T恤, 並於行政長官董建華致詞時 , 高呼口號.

政制事務局長林瑞麟及行政會議成員梁振英都表示, 梁國雄的行 動是否適當, 應該由與會者及公眾自行判斷.

警務處長李明逵說 , 應該在適當場合做適當的事, 尊重別人尊重自己.

民建聯副主 席葉國謙指, 任何人有表達言論的自由, 但要視乎場合是否適當 , 打斷別人發言是不禮貌的行為.
