巴 士 墮 橋 22 死


屯 門 公 路 今 日 清 晨 發 生 近 數 十 年 來 最 嚴 重 的 交 通 意 外 ， 至 少 二 十 二 人 死 亡 及 二 十 人 重 傷 。 事 發 時 ， 一 輛 雙 層 巴 士 駛 至 屯 門 公 路 近 大 欖 入 新 界 方 向 的 天 橋 頂 ， 懷 疑 被 一 輛 突 然 切 線 的 貨 櫃 車 碰 撞 ， 整 輛 巴 士 掃 毀 天 橋 邊 十 米 欄 杆 後 ， 直 插 下 五 十 米 （ 約 一 百 六 十 呎 ） 下 的 汀 九 山 村 。 部 份 車 頭 陷 入 泥 土 中 ， 全 車 損 毀 變 形 ， 多 名 乘 客 被 拋 出 車 外 ， 亦 有 乘 客 被 壓 在 車 底 ， 死 傷 枕 藉 ， 估 計 死 亡 人 數 仍 會 繼 續 增 加 。 特 首 董 建 華 與 多 名 首 長 級 官 員 趕 到 現 場 了 解 情 況 。

【 本 報 訊 】 出 事 巴 士 司 機 陳 運 年 亦 是 死 者 之 一 。 今 晨 六 時 十 五 分 ， 他 駕 駛 行 走 麗 瑤 至 天 水 圍 的 二 六 五 M 線 九 巴 雙 層 冷 氣 巴 士 ， 在 麗 瑤 巴 士 總 站 開 出 頭 班 車 。 當 時 載 四 十 多 名 乘 客 沿 屯 門 公 路 慢 線 入 新 界 ， 約 六 時 半 駛 至 大 欖 三 號 幹 線 支 路 前 不 遠 的 天 橋 頂 。
據 悉 ， 當 時 在 快 線 一 輛 客 貨 車 ， 突 然 切 線 入 中 線 ， 令 當 時 在 中 線 的 一 輛 貨 櫃 車 拖 架 被 迫 扭 入 慢 線 ， 導 致 今 次 嚴 重 車 禍 。

壓 欄 兩 分 鐘 墮 下
當 時 ， 貨 櫃 車 轉 入 慢 線 撞 向 巴 士 右 邊 車 頭 ， 將 巴 士 的 車 頭 泵 把 扯 脫 。 巴 士 被 撞 後 失 去 控 制 ， 向 左 將 天 橋 邊 一 列 約 一 米 高 的 欄 河 掃 毀 。 據 目 擊 者 稱 ， 當 時 見 巴 士 搖 擺 不 定 ， 維 持 了 一 兩 分 鐘 ， 以 為 它 最 終 可 以 停 定 。 豈 料 ， 突 然 整 輛 車 翻 下 天 橋 ， 有 如 倒 豎 般 直 插 下 五 十 米 下 的 汀 九 村 。

20 傷 者 被 送 院
據 村 民 表 示 ， 當 時 聽 到 一 聲 如 爆 炸 聲 的 巨 響 ， 便 見 巴 士 跌 落 一 間 石 屋 對 開 不 遠 的 山 澗 邊 。 由 於 衝 力 十 分 猛 烈 ， 車 頭 陷 入 泥 土 中 ， 車 身 更 出 現 摺 曲 現 象 ， 部 份 車 身 裂 開 。 有 人 從 車 廂 被 拋 出 ， 全 車 繼 而 向 一 邊 翻 下 ， 將 多 名 乘 壓 在 車 底 。 村 民 大 驚 ， 一 方 面 報 警 ， 一 方 面 協 助 救 人 。
據 一 名 協 助 救 人 的 村 民 表 示 ， 當 時 見 巴 士 上 層 前 座 一 名 乘 客 雙 手 緊 握 車 頭 的 橫 杆 ， 連 車 頭 一 起 陷 入 泥 土 中 ， 顯 然 經 已 死 亡 。 他 形 容 ， 當 時 見 到 死 傷 者 滿 山 遍 地 ， 似 空 難 多 過 車 禍 。 而 大 批 消 防 員 及 救 援 人 員 到 場 展 開 搶 救 ， 當 時 在 山 澗 中 有 大 批 乘 客 滿 身 鮮 血 ， 部 份 已 全 無 反 應 。 救 援 人 員 逐 一 將 傷 者 救 到 平 地 上 。
另 外 ， 由 於 有 傷 者 被 困 在 車 廂 內 ， 以 及 有 人 被 壓 在 車 底 ， 加 上 山 路 崎 嶇 ， 拯 救 工 作 十 分 困 難 ， 結 果 花 了 超 過 兩 小 時 才 先 後 救 出 四 十 多 名 乘 客 。
據 悉 ， 當 時 其 中 十 九 人 已 當 場 證 實 死 亡 ， 死 傷 者 事 後 被 分 批 送 往 屯 門 醫 院 、 仁 濟 醫 院 、 瑪 嘉 烈 醫 院 和 明 愛 醫 院 。 截 至 中 午 證 實 有 二 十 二 人 死 亡 及 二 十 人 受 傷 。

相 信 與 機 件 無 關
意 外 後 ， 警 務 處 長 曾 蔭 培 親 自 到 場 指 揮 救 援 工 作 ， 特 首 董 建 華 及 多 名 首 長 級 官 員 亦 到 場 了 解 情 況 。 至 中 午 時 分 ， 當 局 正 設 法 利 用 重 型 吊 機 將 巴 士 吊 起 。
據 悉 ， 肇 事 巴 士 司 機 陳 運 年 有 六 年 駕 駛 經 驗 ， 駕 駛 此 線 已 有 兩 年 ， 而 出 事 的 巴 士 兩 日 前 才 月 檢 驗 完 畢 ， 初 步 相 信 事 件 與 機 件 無 關 。
今 次 大 車 禍 是 本 港 近 數 十 年 來 最 嚴 重 的 交 通 意 外 ， 根 據 資 料 顥 示 ， 對 上 一 宗 最 嚴 重 車 禍 發 生 在 一 九 七 三 年 八 月 二 十 二 日 ， 當 時 一 輛 單 層 巴 士 在 大 嶼 山 深 屈 道 與 山 道 交 界 失 事 撞 山 翻 下 山 崖 ， 造 成 十 七 人 死 亡 及 二 十 三 人 受 傷 。
