有些人由于保存不當﹐買回來的水果常常會發生腐爛現象﹐於是人們就用刀把腐
爛部分挖掉﹐把剩下的沒有腐爛的部分趕快吃了。

街上有些商販也常常便宜出售一些腐爛水果。好多人認為腐爛的部分已經去除﹐吃掉余下的也無大礙。其實﹐這是一種錯誤的觀念！

因為盡管剩下的是未腐爛的部分﹐但是其中絕大部分已經被微生物代謝過程中所
產生的各種有害物質侵蝕.

這些有毒物質可以從腐爛部分通過果汁向未腐爛部分擴散﹐使未腐爛部分同腐爛
部分同樣含有微生物的代謝物﹐尤其是真菌毒素。特別嚴重的是﹐有些真菌素具有致癌作用, 所以﹐水果盡管是已經去除了腐爛部分﹐剩下的仍然不可以吃。
