It depends what kind of pool cue you want to get. If you want to get a cheap one, i think you can get it in some shops, but if you want get a real one(good brand), i don't think you can get it easily in hk. may be you can try to get one online, they sell good pool cue, the range is around USD 150-2000!

Yes, I've heard about the Pool Club, it is located in Central, but i am not sure if they have pool cues for sale, you can call them up and ask!
