2005年7月24日至31日，由亞洲台球聯合會主辦的第21屆亞洲台球錦標賽，將于美麗的泰國首都曼谷舉行。本屆錦標賽的比賽場地亞曆山大賓館位于曼谷的新商業區，這里擁有306個房間，頂級國際斯諾克賽事是這里的常客，今年四月份的亞洲青少年（21歲以下）斯諾克錦標賽就是在這里舉辦的。


　　屆時，將有來自21個國家和地區的46位球手參加為期8天的比賽，其中包括前IBSF世界斯諾克冠軍，印度的潘卡奇-阿瓦尼和巴基斯坦的穆罕默德-尤瑟夫，以及曾獲得 I BSF世界青少年斯諾克錦標賽（21歲以下）冠軍的中國香港球手陳國明。本屆比賽的頭號種子選手是印度的衛冕冠軍庫馬-阿鯀J，去年在約旦，他在決賽中挫敗了同胞球手阿德凡尼-龐卡，獲得冠軍。另外，在剛結束的“紅牛杯”亞洲職業台球公開賽中，庫馬-阿鯀J為印度隊最終奪得團體賽冠軍立下了汗馬功勞。


　　獲得今年濟南排名賽冠軍的金龍與獲得“紅牛杯”亞洲職業台球公開賽冠軍的蔡劍忠將代表中國參賽，目前他們正在東莞的東英桌球俱樂部積极備戰。另外，除了東道主泰國以外，參加本屆比賽的還有巴林、孟加拉國、中國香港、中國澳門、中國台北、印度、伊朗、日本、韓國、科威特、馬來西亞、內蒙古、緬甸、巴基斯坦、卡塔爾、新加坡、斯里蘭卡、阿聯酋以及越南。（任浩江 陳旖旎）

泰國最新消息:

陳國明喺今日第二場波打咗cue113,暫時喺high break榜領先.佢話之所以打到,係因為球證冇喺佢耳邊問佢打咩波喎.

已證實陳國明兩戰全勝!

另外老虎仔第一場領先3比1,但輸決局黑柴俾黃安成

昨日我估應該係張分紙或者計分員出錯，將兩個人調轉左，球手打完簽名時又無留意！

明仔今日 4 點對 UAE 場波仲未知結果。

但係老虎仔就輸左 2-4 俾巴基果個'沙律無蝦賣'，人地尾局仲打Q 115 破埋明仔 Q 113 添！
