I watched Ronnie and Peter Edon's World Champ last night. I felt Peter was playing really slow even I watched him in fast forward mode.
However, I found the offical rules... and there is one about conduct...

SECTION 4. THE PLAYERS
1. Conduct
In the event of:
(a) a Player taking an abnormal amount of time over a stroke or the selection of a stroke; or
(b) any conduct by a Player which in the opinion
of the referee is wilfully or persistently unfair; or
(c) any other conduct by a Player which otherwise
amounts to ungentlemanly conduct; or
(d) refusing to continue a frame;
the referee shall either:
(e) warn the Player that in the event of any such further
conduct the frame will be awarded to his opponent; or
(f) award the frame to his opponent; or
(g) in the event that the conduct is sufficiently serious
award the game to his opponent

慢到好似5分幾鍾先打佐12度。其實呢D系光頭仔既戰術來噶。距專登打慢D擾亂奧蘇利雲既節奏搞到距煩曬柑奧生咪容易亂來，導致輸波咯。

條例系話裁判如果覺得一個球員好故意拖延時間，勸過都吾改就有權判距輸。而且臺面剩低既分數計曬比距對手。如果仲有紅波，就一個紅波計7度。

一個紅波係計八度唔係七度, 但係電視上面0既比賽唔會將分數累積起, 所以都唔會有分別...
但係一個球手打幾慢先算慢係好主觀, 球証冇出聲就冇問題, 雖然明顯係一個戰術, 但係 1) O'Sullivan 可以投訴, 佢冇 2) O'Sullivan 唔應該受到影響...
不過邊個同 Ebdon 打, 都係會悶死~~~ Hendry 2002 年就係咁比佢悶死佐~~ 哈哈哈~~~ |

系8度啊，吾好意思。吾知呢牌做乜成日都神不守舍經常打錯字。其實我X奧蘇利雲都會比艾頓D以慢打快戰術影響到。其實呢招主要系想搞亂對手平時打波既節奏。比如距明明有D波好易pot既，距就扮下野左鐸右鐸。柑奧蘇利雲睇到柑就梗系燥啦。吾好吾記得，距以前D球品同脾氣吾系柑好伽咋。比艾頓搞掂佐之後仲話下季可能會吾打，不過可能系身體既原因占大部分既。

其實身為職業球員，都唔應該咁容易俾對手o既速度影響到，因為你打完之後已經坐番埋位，由球證去幫個對手執波計分，你完全可以閉目養神，無需理會個對手做緊乜，理得佢用五分鐘去打過百定係用五分鐘去打十幾分！ 只要對手離檯輪到自己打時能夠集中精神面對檯上局面就得喇！
反而我o地呢D普通波友就會受對手影響，因為要企o係度等執波，又要幫對手記分，佢諗得耐時隨時我連分數都唔記得。

如果以今時今曰的角度去睇，以前阿郭軍城咁打波算唔算慢 ?
小弟少年時代見電視播佢老哥打波，對手已忘記了，佢有一球係老餐，紅波近袋口約四寸，白波跟紅波距離有12 至 14 寸，約要打 1/3 份隻紅波，佢老哥慢條斯理咁走去望袋口 ，從袋口後面望了約 30秒 ，然后又花兩至三秒去整理前髮瑞，跟著查 chalk ，又慢動作濕左成七，八下 cue，到出 cue 啦......當然，果紅波係入袋的。
