聯想集團，以十二億五千萬美元的現金及股票，收購ＩＢＭ 個人 電腦業務，聯想亦要承擔ＩＢＭ 五億美元債項，收購後組建的新 聯想集團，將成為全球第三大的電腦廠商，僅次於戴爾及惠普，

嚴緊來說.萬國商業機器只出售其個人電腦業務給聯想.伺服器及其服務供應商角色不變.

個人估計,真正賺錢的業務應是伺服器和服務供應商.

無錯。ibm 的desktop 真正無咩人識。
我認為聯想做了一宗好笨的 trade。
整合品牌起碼都要一年半載，十幾億....幾時回得本？
desktop 有咩技術可言？而現在 desktop 得 dell 係賺錢的。
