2004-5年度Pontin's 21歲以下組別第三賽，
賽事於2004年11月13~14日舉行，經已完滿結束。
其中只有三名中國球員，分別為田鵬飛、劉崧及梁文博。
三人初賽均表現水準，順利進入32強，再齊齊入16強，
在16強賽事梁文博敗陣，田鵬飛及劉崧一直殺入四強，
可惜在四強賽事雙方碰頭，田鵬飛 3-1 勝劉崧入決賽，
對第一及二賽冠軍Jamie Cope ，最後 Jamie Cope 以3-0 取勝，
成為三賽冠軍。
