To format a NTFS harddisk to FAT32, what software or program should I use?

Billson, I do not have any data on the disk. IN addition, it is a slave one.
I don't need sophisicated software to do the job.
Can XP itself format it back to FAT32?

go to control 賓佬 >> 系統管理工具 >> 電腦管理 >> under 存放 >> 磁碟管理 >> Delete 個 Partition 再 create 番就可以 Format 去 FAT32.

Billson 上次教我FAT32 轉NTFS 係咁︰
run in cmd
convert d: /FS:NTFS
and then restart computer
唔知可唔可以掉轉呢？
convert d: /FS:FAT32

 Dickson, NTFS 轉番做 FAT32 就唔係o甘簡單，要用 PartitionMagic 先攪到，如果個 Partition 係無用的，最簡單就係 Delete 左佢再 create 番，然後 Format 做 FAT32。

Billson, partition removed and created again, made active and formatted.
But only back to NTFS. There is no 'FAT32' choice in the pull down menu. Any Suggestion? Thank you.
I am using external USB HD case instead of internal cable. Doesn't it matter?
Dickson, my home PC broke down and there is a spare HD previously with NTFS (XP). I want to bring it back to office but the PC in office is using only 98SE.

Bingo.
The problem is XP cannot format disk to FAT32 greater than 32G.
I made 2 partitions of 20 (total 40) and Bingo!
