現新生產線現已完成 VALIDATION 並正式投產，
想知道一片 CD-R 是怎樣生產出來嗎？

Molding Machine : Meiki (MDM-1)
CD / DVD / CD-R o既基片就係咁 "啤" 出黎架啦 ~~

Process : Dye Coating
呢個就工序就一隻 recordable disc 可以燒錄得到秘密啦 ~~

Process : Sputtering
呢個工序就叫做『電鍍』，係將高純度 "銀" (99.9999%) 電鍍到隻碟成為『反射層』

Process : UV Lacquer Coating
呢個工序係將所有以上o既物料用 UV LACQUER (紫外光凝涸力架) 絕密封存，確保 DATA 於 70年 內不變。

呢個就係成個製作過程啦 ~~
(其實當然唔只咁簡單啦 ~~ 仲有好多好多週邊設備仲未介紹架 .. 日後再有機會先至再講啦 ~~！！)

其實光碟上的『純銀』的厚度只有 72nm (72毫微米)，
現在的『純銀』原材料一件約可生產 26,000片，
而且該件原材料亦是圓碟型，直徑 200mm，厚度 5mm，
所以並唔需要用太大地方存放！

喂 ~~ 老的 ~~
唔好諗住可以 "撻" 野喎 ~~~

我而家果間廠房都算係大架啦 ..
係一座工業大廈一層樓全層單位架！
其實相入面只係介紹『無塵工場』入面o既生產線，
而『輔助設備場地』同『膠料房』呢兩個地方都仲未介紹俾你地睇架！
因為如果以前未見過，都幾大開眼界架！

(註：現用『無塵工場』的環境要求﹝每平方米微塵需少於1000粒，溫度控制為25度 正負 1度 / 濕度 50% 正負 10%﹞)
