[updated:LAST EDITED ON Jun-25-02 AT 08:29 AM (GMT)]你估我未練過？我0地五個人 (熊尖耀標食) 真係逐個練習試過，發覺真係幾有效喎! 練完入波0既信心會大0左，就算唔入，d 波都會近磅好多。我自己就試過射完一輪遠"檯藍波後 (練習十三)"，呢瓣波真係準0左。

可惜個效果唔會維持好耐，即係話要常練先keep 到。

裡面有幾個練習特別值得推薦，例如 "紅波中袋加白波走位 (練習八)"。好多時我0地只會諗要扯個白波扯得多，但係無諗其實扯得準係仲難，呢個練習就可以操呢樣0野。 "兩紅兩黑 (練習十一)" 就可以練打黑柴起break 啦。

不過呢個練波方法係俾有"雷氣"0既人練0架，鵪鶉練0左會傷身。

請問第15,16是否打完一隻紅波就是但打一隻colour波呀？

威廉仔，"雷"係一種個人氣質，呢種氣質0既另外一個極端就係"鵪鶉"。

鵪鶉係點？縮0下縮0下囉。

有無聽過d 人話呀邊個邊個好"雷"，其實即係話果個人好有義氣，好有風度，好大方。例如話 "全場波鐘我俾"，幾雷呀!

「雷」係舊式黑社會背語之一，當時黑社會係反清組織，為了唔想其他人聽得明佢地講乜，所以會講背語。
「一二三四五」呢幾個數目的背語就係「朱雷黃扇炸」，「義氣」之諧音係「二氣」，因此就叫「雷氣」。
