Which one do you guys think is better? Both of them have similar prices on their cues and accessories. However, i want to order one with better quality. Any suggestion?

I am using Glover cue now. I think it is very good as compare to the other I have been used. I got a Master"Exclusive 1" , Powerglide, BCE but I feel the Glover is the best. I feel quite disappointed on the Master EX1, however if you compare to the price, Glover is very expensive. If I will buy another cue, I definately buy Glover again. |

To lam8011: do you use a ash shaft cue or maple cue?How does it feel? Do you feel any uneven spot on the shaft? is it slim cue taper or standard taper? How is the power giving by the cue? Also, how about the cue balance?
I have just made a deal with Tony from glover cue but i haven't paid him yet. I think i may go for that but still,i want to make sure i am investing to the place this time cause i bought a Master cue 147 six months ago and i thought it was not really good. the shaft was not polished evenly. Well, the shaft might not be a serious issue. There were strange sounds coming out when i shot softly. I am totally disappointed on that.
Could you guys suggest any other cues to me beside glover and mike. Seriously speaking, their cues are really expensive but as far as i know these two brand really put effort in making cues. However, it is really the last choice for me to pick one from two of them. I'd really appriciate if you guys could share your experience in other cues. Thanks

I have the maple cue. It is a very heavy one 21 Oz and the balance is excellent. It is very straight. I bought it in 1977 and still is playing very well.
I also has a friend named Kenneth, he is using a "ash" glover. I think he was order it when he was in hongkong few years ago. It costed him over HK$8000 at that time. He also very satisfied with his cue.I do not mean more money is better, but glover's workmanship is a kind of high quality. |
