I recently have ordered a cue-case and a CUECRAFT cue for my friend as his birthday gift. However, just 2 days after i post my order, my friend wanted to change the Specifications for the cue, so I e-mail them, but no reply; e-mail again, still no reply; call , nobody picks up the phone; fax, the number does not exist !! I think if you don't want to or feel difficult to change the order.......Fine, just tell me ,at least let me know !!! This experience is so bad, I swear to god I won't order from them again !!!

Yo, S'up?? Bill. I understand what you are talking about. However, you are a company, shouldn't you care about your customer??? you took my order, charged on my credit card.........then go to vacation !!! What kind of logic is it?? If you wanna go have some fun, fine !! Inform me my order status first, otherwise, I think they should have done their job first !! Besides, I have E-mail them couple times. Come on, this is the year of 2003, you hae no excuse not answering your E-mail !! I didn't tell them they must followed what I requested, but I did tell them to reply whatever the result would be !!! I know my order is like a chicken feed to them, but there is no way that they are not responsible to their customer, even I just bought a single piece of chalk from them !! Anyway, this is my point of view, and thanks so much for your reply, William !!
