actually..i want to know a correct form
之前有人話以右手揸cue來說,重心在左腳,又有人話係右腳...其實該左還是右呢??
而正確既企法係點,有沒有一d理論咁既野既呢??希望有高手們可指點迷津...希望各高手明白本人的問題.......唔該晒
*本人已本著右腳踏著入射線,枕手,頭,後手一直線,但也不能打出一直線,
就因這問題令狀態時好時壞

then..can i ask for the details of the pose ??
我想知企位的步驟是怎樣的
例如右腳踏著入射線,跟住趴低....那跟著身體要怎樣??要不要將身體移動??我不懂如何說,但各位可否將平時企位時或正確企位的步驟文字化,讓本人可參考一番??
另外,為何我有時個頭會傾了一邊??如果糾正這問題??
