Hey guys I need your help in determining whether my cue is ruined forever.
I play with 1pc Parris ultimate cue. A few months ago, it was dropped on a floor, and then the cue has tinny sound when stoke the cue ball. My cue has a butt joint, so I think that the butt joint or artificial weight that has became loose. I have sent on numerous e-mails to John Parris requesting for checked and repaired it. And also phone and fax them but never contacted. (the contact no. shows in his web site which is wrong no.?!) He ignores my e-mails. There is absolutely shocking customer service of Parris cues like this. I wouldn’t deal with them again. Do you guys think my cue can be fixed by other cue doctors (not John Parris, I’m so angry with him)? Sorry I’m not at home so can’t tape Chinese. Hope guys can understand what I’m talking about.
Fat 兄 ! 希望你支 cue 只係小問題 (如銅咀或外牙鏍絲不正)，又係果句，我建議找一些會員睇下，我怕就算你拍下 short movie ，e-mail 俾 John Parris， show 支cue 有怪聲，John Parris 又唔肯定，寄來寄去，得個煩字，我記得舊 post 內有位高人，呢位老兄稱之為 cue doctor，佢都好猛料，不仿請教佢。
So disappointment in customer service of John Parris cues.
